About Us

Midwest Group LLC was started in 2016 by our owner, Marc Goodpasture, a retired Mechanical Engineer.  He has also been a John Deere Garden Tractor enthusiast for the last 30 years.  Currently having several John Deere 332 and 430 diesel powered machines.

In his previous job, Marc's main function was to engineer and reverse engineer high-quality replacement parts for small industrial mobile equipment.  Over the last 20 years, He has visited many factories in the USA and taken many trips to China, Hong Kong, Japan and Taiwan to validate companies to source our products.

We developed replacement air filters for the John Deere 330, 322, 332, 430 and 455 Yanmar powered machines as well as several filters for most of the compact and subcompact John Deere tractors that were generally only available from the OEM.  These were developed with a factory in Taiwan that is a major supplier to Japan OEM's and aftermarket as well as a major supplier to Baldwin Filters of Kearney Nebraska.

While our main filter supplier is in Taiwan, we also provide filters from Baldwin, Donaldson, Fleetguard, Luberfiner, Raisman, Sure as well as many OEM's.

We provide replacement filter maintenance kits for most John Deere lawn and turf equipment and compact and subcompact tractors.  We recently branched out into similar sized Kubota equipment as well as other lawn and turf equipment manufacturers and are currently working on filter maintenance kits for Skid Steer and small excavator machines.  We started with Bobcat and are moving to John Deere and other brands.
